MILLEDENIALS @milledenials once again deliver the juice with their latest EP, “The Peak of Youth Life”, which delves deep into the realm of quarter-life anxieties and the decay of romance. The EP is another audible step on the MILLEDENIALS’s life journey - the 5 tracks explore themes of feeling left out as friends and past lovers transition into adulthood, toxic relationships, post-tour burnout, and finding solace in the face of anxiety. Have MILLENNIALS really reached the peak of their youth? Nope, we don’t think so - their angst is bound to continue!
In 2015 Glast Heim @glastheimofficial thought it was all over. Their vocalist had a serious drug problem and ended up jailed, while their guitarist left Bali to study in Australia. Time marched on. The sentence was served, studies completed and once again the guys knuckled down to making music. What an amazing result - just out is their album “Samsara” - 10 tracks of the finest quality Balinese metal! You won’t be able to escape it, VOLCANO is spinning heaps of tracks!
Of course, you know Ni Kadek Ari Krisnayanti @aik.krisnayanti as SOUL of @soulandkith. Strolling into the VOLCANO studio this week is Soul’s beautiful solo song “Bilur”. Love, feelings, family, friends, professionalism, and life/work balance. It’s beautiful, and from today you can hear it on VOLCANO.
It’s been knocking around Singaraja on cassette for a bit, but now RIOT99’s @riot99hc hectic EP “Remind To Survive” is stage-diving its way onto the digital formats. With 5 of the wildest North Bali hardcore songs around, we can’t ignore it - all tracks are slamming on VOLCANO!
