Denpasar’s BLOOD OF MIRROR @bloodofmirror_official are new, they only emerged last month! The guys have already dropped an amazing single (at the moment it’s only YouTube). Listen up, “Fajar Perdamaian” (Dawn of Peace) is spinning on VOLCANO!
What’s not to love about CONCISE @concisetheband? Their complex blend of indie, dream, shoegaze and post-punk is a pure delight and just released is their second single “Go”. A music video for the song was recorded over the weekend and we can’t wait to see what colour Artha Wibawa’s hair will be in the clip! You can find “Go” exclusively on Bandcamp - later it will make its way to the streaming platforms. But of course, you could just hang out on VOLCANO, right now “Go” is spinning three times each day!
VOLCANO caught BENTEN+62 @bentenofficials LIVE in Renon a week ago - WOW, the band really fires! The guys are continuing their recording work, and now we get to hear a second sneak peek from their upcoming EP! “Menjadi Gelap, Malam Yang Dingin” (Getting Dark, Cold Night) is perfect indie, such an amazing track. Hear it on VOLCANO and do yourself a favour, listen to it using headphones or EarPods, the spacey phasing at the opening and close of the song is insane!
Jimbaran’s favourite metal growlers JANGKA @jangkaofficialare out with their new EP “Replika Neraka” (Hell Replica). The EP cover art features blood-splattered angles with skulls and chains so you can guess how this release is going to sound! Yep, in this case, you can judge an EP by its cover! We love it! VOLCANO is working its way through all six tracks - this week listen up for “Paras” (Level).
