LOSING FIGHT @losingfightmusic are building a unique sound in Kuningan, West Java, INDONESIA. Kuningan is known for its vibrant Punk-Hardcore scene but a bunch of friends decided to play something different with their fusion of Alt-Rock and EMO. Wonderful new single “The Sun” features Shoegaze touches, guitar progressions and dark lyrics – it's melancholy but with a calmer demeanour. In the coming months KOMODO will be exploring their earlier works too - so listen up!

We rushed to check out the new EP from ZEITGEISTS @zeitgeists_official an instrumental heavy psych/doom band from Bangkok, THAILAND. Self-titled “ZeitGeistS” is a spinny 26-minute trip and KOMODO will be playing EVERY track, next week we are kicking it all off with “Shattered Dreams” and “Juvenile”.
RATSHIT @ratshit_boom are punkers from Surabaya INDONESIA that have their shit together! They sent KOMODO a press kit in both Bahasa Indonesian and English, to make sure we wouldn’t overlook their two singles “Boring” and “Romantika Soundsystem”. Created in the tiresome downtime during the pandemic when there were no gigs to attend let alone play at, the quirky art and low-fi punk sounds sent us looking for earlier tracks. We found “The Stars” and “The Friends” - so good! From next week KOMODO is spinning them all!
From Kathmandu, ALBATROSS @albatrossnepalplay that unique Nepali Rock sound to address contemporary issues in NEPAL. Starting with their rusted guitars and other old instruments they have transcended the sound of Nepali Alternative music with fast tempos, signature chord progression and contemporary compositions. KOMODO is featuring their latest singles “Nepali”, “Atti Bhayo” along with plenty of their classics including “Bachau” and “Intro - Ma Ra Malai”.
