The Javanese tracks are playing over on our sister station KOMODO, while the tracks from Bali’s SETTLE @settlemusic spin here on VOLCANO! Listen up for, “Emotionally Exhausted” and “Temporary Home”. WONDERFUL!
STEPASIDE @stepasidemusic are making their debut on VOLCANO today! It’s not only their first time on the VOLCANO poster, but we also spun their new single “Keep Moving” for the first time just after 6 AM this morning! These five Denpasar dudes got together during the pandemic and kicked off for real in January. Feeling low? Lack a goal? OK - then listen up, “Keep Moving” will get you motivated!
Have you been following the Canggu boys COCONIGHTMAN @coconightman as they tour Java? Last night they played in Banyuwangi, so they are almost back home after their epic journey. Unexpectedly (well at least to us) mid-tour they dropped not one but TWO singles! First up we listened to “Diam”, oh cool great track. Then we listened to “Doa”. Err, hang on, the end of “Doa” and the opening of “Diam” fit together like jigsaw puzzle pieces. Mixed end-to-end the two singles become ONE monster song - and that’s the way VOLCANO is spinning ‘em! But actually, the end of the combined mix is still quite abrupt - is there a third puzzle piece yet to drop?
