At some places the audience sip cocktails, at others the punters have no time for drinking, they are too busy slamming into each other! This coming Saturday we are going back to our roots. GEEKSSMILE @geekssmile was the VERY FIRST band spun on VOLCANO. They are playing a short 30-minute set in Kuta - for us, they are the main act!

VOLCANO caught up with CONCISE @concisetheband at Bangli City’s @chillhoodbarn. On the turntables is their single “Global Anxiety”. In fact, we love it so much we are spinning the track right across ASIA on our KOMODO network as well! Plus, gosh, @arthawibawaa and @felixrio.prabowo have created the greatest cover art of the year!
Have you noticed that BENTEN 62 @bentenofficials seem to have mislaid their “+”; sometimes it’s around, sometimes it’s not! An EP is on the way and as a first taste they have dropped “Terbang Menghilang, Semua Melaju” (Off You Go, Buzz Off - or something like that LOL). The track is perfect shoegaze and the band describes the lyrics as having “meaningless meaning” (they actually DO mean something!). LOVE it!
Out on cassette (and digital) is the double single “NOTRANSPORT” by BYURR! @byurrbwahswah. Spinning from today is "Senin, Hari Ini" (Monday, Today) and “Kolot” (Old-fashioned). Any songs under 90 seconds are instant plays on VOLCANO!
