What a dynamo - RICHART VOLX @richartvolx - a musician, promoter, DJ, video creator, record store & label owner and progressive Balinese music powerhouse. Richart is the only person to have music played across three of the four Radio Seribatu network stations! We play “Emergency Song”, “Walk” and “Confession 2” on VOLCANO, MESIN & KOMODO! He hosts an amazing series of live shows at VOLX RECORDS - check the gigs out on YouTube. The VOLCANO team haven’t caught up face to face with Richart yet – when life calms down we will be dropping by @volxrecordsstore to catch a live set for sure!
Let’s say hello to VOLCANO’s next-door neighbours! GDE MUDRA @gde_mudra are some sharp-looking dudes from Tampaksiring just down the road from our studios! They may dress up to play gamelan, but they sure don’t sound like it! They have just released their debut EP “Esoteric” on a retro-looking cassette and YouTube. WOW, we totally love it! All the tracks will be playing on Volcano soon!

Students at the SD Saraswati 1 Denpasar Elementary School @sdsaraswati1 have set up a band as part of their extracurricular activities! “THE RASKIDS” @theraskidsmusic - Bintag, Aliya, Devi, Bayu and Rangga play acoustic indie pop - and they have sent VOLCANO some tracks to play!
